425-433-0733 (Fax)

Thomas grew up in Maple Valley, attending Tahoma High School and playing three years of varsity baseball. Thomas received his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the Honors College at Washington State University and is a graduate of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

Thomas believes in the power of exercise as medicine for treating a range of musculoskeletal, metabolic, cardiovascular, and other conditions. His approach is in placing his patient's goals first, starting with an assessment of functional ability related to the activities that are most important to his patients. By pairing exercise and manual therapy, Thomas works with his patients throughout their plan of care in order to achieve their functional goals.

In his free time, Thomas enjoys traveling, hiking, rock climbing, yoga, recreational sports and walking his wiener dog, Odie.
