Kinesis

Kinesis is a revolutionary device designed to free the body from the constraints of more traditional weighted cable equipment. It's versatility in use is unmatched as it provides for functional movement at any age or activity level.


Kinesis is comprised of a quad-modular system. Each module provides the user with a challenging workout that combines strength and cardiovascular training with free range of motion throughout all planes of movement.

Kinesis is appropriate for all levels. Most commonly used as a rehabilitative tool, it is also well suited for higher fitness levels using interval based training principles and functional movement exercises.




Kinesis classes are free for members, $20 for non members
